Right of withdrawal

In accordance with current legislation, you have 7 days from receipt of the product to exercise your right of withdrawal, provided that the product has not been opened or used.

Return conditions

• The product must be in its original condition, unused, unopened and in its original packaging.
• Any attempt to return an open or damaged product will be refused.
• Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense, except in the case of an obvious error on our part.

Refund

After receipt and inspection of the returned product, the refund will be made within a maximum of 10 working days, via the payment method used when the order was placed.

Order cancellation

An order can be cancelled as long as it has not yet been dispatched. Once the parcel has been picked up by the carrier, it is no longer possible to cancel the order.
